Identifikasi Area Bekas Terbakar Menggunakan Algoritma NBR (Normalized Burn Ratio) Dan NVDI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) Dari Data Citra Multi Resolusi (Studi Kasus: Kawasan Gunung Arjuno)

Kebakaran hutan dan lahan merupakan bencana yang kerap terjadi di Indonesia. Hal ini menjadi peristiwa yang perlu perhatian khusus karena akibat yang diberikan terhadap wilayah yang terdampak sangat besar. Salah satu bencana kebakaran hutan terjadi di kawasan Gunung Arjuno yang merupakan daerah kawasan hutan lindung dan cagar alam. Upaya penanggulangan bencana kebakaran sangat dibutuhkan untuk mencegah agar dapat menimimalisir adanya peristiwa kebakaran hutan dikemudian hari. Adanya teknologi penginderaan jauh dapat membantu dalam mengidentifikasi area bekas terbakar yang relatif lebih cepat dan dapat mencakup daerah yang cukup luas. Penelitian ini melakukan perbandingan identifikasi area bekas terbakar menggunakan indeks spektral Normalized Burn Ratio (NBR) dan Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) menggunakan data citra multi resolusi yakni citra satelit Landsat-8 dan Sentinel-2 yang didasarkan pada perubahan nilai indeks spektral. Data citra Terra/Aqua-MODIS digunakan untuk mendeteksi adanya titik panas (hotspot) sebagai indikasi awal adanya kebakaran. Data citra Pleiades digunakan untuk melihat adanya kesesuaian atau korelasi nilai NDVI antara citra satelit menggunakan persamaan regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa nilai NDVI pada citra satelit Pleiades memiliki tingkat kesesuaian atau hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai NDVI pada citra satelit Landsat-8 dan Sentinel-2. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan didapatkannya nilai koefisien korelasi (r) pada Landsat-8 sebesar 0,605 dan pada Sentinel-2 sebesar 0,647. Selain itu, pada pengujian diskriminasi model algoritma NBR pada citra satelit Sentinel-2 mendapatkan nilai teringgi yakni sebesar 2,757. Hasil ini menunjukkan model algoritma NBR pada citra satelit Sentinel-2 memiliki tingkat kemampuan yang paling baik dalam mengindentifikasi area bekas terbakar di kawasan Gunung Arjuno. ===================================================================================================== Forest fires and land disasters often occur in Indonesia. This is an event that requires special attention because of the consequences given to a very large area exposed. One of them occurs in the area of Mount Arjuno which is a protected forest area and a nature reserve area. Fire disaster prevention efforts are needed to prevent forest fires on that day. The presence of remote sensing technology can help identify areas of combustion which are relatively faster and can cover large enough areas. This study conducted a comparison of the identification of burnt areas using the Normalized Burn Ratio (NBR) and Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) spectral indices using multi-resolution imagery data, namely LANDSAT-8 and Sentinel-2 satellite imagery, based on the spectral index value changes. Terra/Aqua-MODIS imagery Data is used to detect the presence of hotspots as an early indication of fires. The Pleiades image Data is used to see the suitability or correlation of NDVI values between satellite imagery using simple linear regression equations. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the NDVI value in the Pleiades satellite image has a level of suitability or strong relationship with the NDVI value in the Landsat-8 and Sentinel-2 satellite images. This is indicated by the finding of the correlation coefficient (r) in Landsat-8 of 0.605 and at Sentinel-2 of 0.647. Besides, in the discrimination testing of the NBR algorithm model on the Sentinel-2 satellite images the highest value was 2.757. These results indicate that the NBR algorithm model on Sentinel-2 satellite imagery has the best ability to identify burnt areas in the Mount Arjuno area
