This study aims to determine the chemical composition of aluminum casting, determine the effect of aluminum pouring temperature on microstructure, and to determine the effect of aluminum pouring temperature on hardness. The material used in this research is used aluminum (Al) which is melted back in the melting furnace and then aluminum that has been melted is poured into a sand mold, the variation of pouring temperature used is 584oC, 632oC dan 688oC. The results of data analysis showed that the chemical composition contained in the cast alloys was Al as much as 85.99% while the SI content as much as 5.731% made this alloy called the Hypoeutectic alloy with the content of Si> 0.05% and <12.6%.
