Hubungan antara Kompetensi Mengajar dengan Kinerja Guru Bersertifikasi di SD Negeri 2 Ngasinan Kecamatan Bonorowo Kabupaten Kebumen

Teacher certification is one of the government programs to improve teacher performance. So, by providing certification it is expected that teachers will be able to increase their competence as learning agents in accordance with established standards. Teacher hopes to pass certification as soon as possible and get a professional allowance. This is not in accordance with the purpose of granting certification, which is to increase the competency of teachers who ultimately can also improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of teachers after the existence of certification. Based on the type of this study included in the type of ex post facto research. Based on research results from data regression analysis obtained Y̅ = 11.22 + (0.868) X. This shows that every certification contribution of 11.2 will have an influence on teaching competence with the performance of certified teachers in SDN 2 Ngasinan Bonorowo District Kebumen Regency. Hypothesis testing shows that there is a relationship between teaching competence and certified teacher performance with a comparison of t arithmetic ≥ t table or 4.05 ≥ 2.132. Based on the results of research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between teaching competence and the performance of certified teachers, which means that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted
