This project is a study on the design practices that are often used in educational materials, specifically in handouts and worksheets. After looking into worksheet and handout design I have created a document titled Design for Education that demonstrates to K-12 educators how to create more user friendly materials and how to improve the clarity of worksheets and handouts. In the document I have created I have referenced design concepts including the elements of design which includes; line, shape, form, color, value, texture and space as well as the principles of design which includes concepts like emphasis, balance, and contrast.
