Optimization of factory planning processes by using a drone and automated layout digitalization

Die Layoutaufnahme und Layoutauswertung stellen bei Fabrikplanungsprojekten einen hohen Aufwand dar, da sie durch manuelle Prozesse geprägt sind. Mit dem Einsatz von Drohnen und automatisierten Auswertealgorithmen sollen diese Prozesse beschleunigt und verbessert werden. Durch diesen Beitrag wird das steigende Digitalisierungsbedürfnis in der Industrie aufgegriffen und erste Ansätze für die digitale Aufnahme und Weiterverarbeitung eines Fabriklayouts aufgezeigt. Der Schwerpunkt liegt in dem Einsatz einer Drohne innerhalb eines Fabrikgebäudes und der Aufbereitung von dreidimensionalen Punktwolkenmodellen für Fabrikplanungsprozesse.For factory planning projects the layout capturing and layout processing process need a huge amount of effort, because they are typically done by hand.
