Physicians and Nurses Work-related Stress and its Interfaces to Health

Objective of the research: to assess the stress experienced by physicians and nurses working in X health care institution. Research tasks: 1. Identify the main work stress determinants experienced by physicians in X health care institution. 2. Identify the main work stress determinants experienced by nurses in X health care institution. 3. To compare the main stress determinants and health-related interfaces of nurses and physicians working in X health care institution. Research methods: 2020 february was obtained a bioethical authorization for the study (BEC-MF-265). February - March a instantaneous epidemiological study was performed. Research was voluntary. The survey sample was n = 296 respondents (response rate - 86%). Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS software version 20.0.
