Methods: extraction of organic acid from bee products using methanol as a solvent and ultrasound. Organic acids were quantified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry method. Results and conclusions: bee products were analysed by gas chromatography – mass spectrophotometry, preceded by derivatization of samples with MTBSTFA reagent. Methanol was used as an extractant to extract organic acids from bee products with ultrasonic bath. The study found that the highest total organic acid content was found in bee bread (Šerkšno honey) (2.28%), the lowest organic acid content was found in bee bread lozenges (Medicata Filia) (0.28%)
