W pracy podjęto próby analizy jakościowej wybranych produktów pszczelich pod względem zawartości kwasów fenolowych. Są one bogatym źródłem naturalnych związków biologicznie czynnych, których właściwości profilaktyczne i lecznicze uwarunkowane są m.in. przez aktywność przeciwutleniającą. Celem niniejszej pracy była analiza miodu, pyłku kwiatowego, pierzgi oraz propolisu z wykorzystaniem technik chromatograficznych (TLC i SPE) do oceny zawartości fenolokwasów. Dobrano optymalne warunki rozdziału kwasów fenolowych. W badanych produktach pszczelich wyizolowano i zidentyfikowano kwasy: cynamonowy, galusowy, anyżowy, ferulowy, gentyzynowy, syryngowy, kawowy, wanilinowy oraz p-kumarowy.In this work attempts were made to establish the optimal condi...
