Este proyecto continúa la temática relacionada con las nuevas tendencias en educación en el marco de la innovación tecnológica y pedagógica. En proyectos anteriores, a partir de la revisión del estado del arte, análisis de documentos y bibliografía teórica, como así también cotejando con el campo empírico, se brindó un mapeo de la situación, se incursionó en la experiencia de los cursos masivos abiertos en línea (MOOC), del aprendizaje a través de dispositivos portátiles y la forma en la que los participantes se involucran. Se diseñó una propuesta de formación destinado a docentes con formato MOOC y otra destinada a estudiantes con énfasis en el aprendizaje móvil (m-learning). En la presente propuesta, de carácter I+D+i, se continuará la indagación acerca de la integración de las denominadas tecnologías emergentes en la universidad, y que comprende el uso de los dispositivos móviles, cursos MOOC, gamificación, trabajo en la nube, y se desarrollarán propuestas de aprendizaje ubicuo a través de dispositivos móviles bajo la concepción de recursos educativos abiertos.. Este proyecto se enmarca en el paradigma interpretativo que enfatiza la importancia de la comprensión de los fenómenos, tanto en su globalidad como en sus contextos particulares, intentando sacar sentido de los fenómenos de acuerdo con los significados que tienen para los sujetos implicados. Básicamente la tradición metodológica que subyace es la investigación-acción. Se espera brindar una descripción profunda que dé sustento a prácticas educativas abiertas innovadoras, como así también permita aportar nuevos conocimientos, su sistematización y posterior difusión.This proyect takes up the subject matter related to the new trends in education in the framework of technological and pedagogical innovation. The previous project was focused on exploring the users? experiences on massive online open courses (MOOC) based on the state of the art, the documentary and bibliography analysis, and the comparison within the empirical field. A mapping of the current situation enabled us to examine the MOOC users? profiles and to analyze the motivations that prompted such users to engage in this mode of learning, and the ways of doing so. The analysis also included carrying out several activities, under concept of open access. As a result, we proposed an innovative learning methodology for teachers under the above-mentioned framework. In this project, oriented toward research, development and innovation, we will resume analyzing the inclusion in higher education of emerging technologies such as telecommunications, mobile devices, and new learning environments through the use of massive open online courses and cloud computing. We will develop proposals, emphasizing on mobile learning (m-learning) as well as on the creation of a tool for the diffusion and dissemination of open educational resources. This research project falls under the interpretivist paradigm that emphasizes the importance of understanding phenomena in general terms as well as in particular contexts, trying to make sense out of them according to the meaning they have to the individuals involved. Basically, the underlying traditional methodology is action research.
