[[abstract]]本研究的主要目的為以香港本地小食教學為例作為蒙特梭利學前教材來設計活動與應用教學。研究方法採用單一樣本的認知評估的前、後測來檢視教學活動的結果,並且搭配教學觀察進行活動的調整與修正。研究結果顯示,本研究的幼兒在經過1個半月的實際操作和不斷的自主重覆練習教材,提升其對香港小吃的認知,以及發展出主動學習的態度。[[abstract]]The main purpose of this study is to teach preschool children local snacks in Hong Kong as an example of implementing Montessori cultural curriculum. The researcher conducted pre- and post-tests before and after implementing local snacks activities. The research method uses a single sample of pre- and post-tests of cognitive assessment to review the results of teaching activities.
