Wstęp: Obecnie termin stabilizacji i kontroli motorycznej ciała jest niezwykle popularny. Każdy fizjoterapeuta korzysta z pewnych założeń treningu stabilizacyjnego i chce umocnić kontrolę motoryczną u swoich pacjentów. Celem mojej pracy jest ocena skuteczności stosowania metody Pilates na poprawę kontroli motorycznej i stabilizacji u kobiet. Materiały i metody: Materiał stanowiła grupa 40 kobiet podzielonych na dwie podgrupy. Pierwszą z nich - badaną stanowiło 20 kobiet regularnie trenujących pilates w kategorii matwork we „Flow Pilates Studio” w Krakowie.
