The aim of the study was to detect differences in suggestibility of managers and people in lower level positions.In this study, was attended by 30 managers and 30 lower-level employees. For the experimental group were members of the managers, while the control group included lower-level employees. The study was used in the composition of the battery of tests included Inventory Sugestibility, the Measure of Susceptibility to Social Influence (MSSI), Life Experiences Questionnaire (KPD), Social Approval Scale (SAS), the Gudjonsson Compliance Scale (GCS) and Need for Disclosure Scale (PPD).
