36 páginasThis article aims at highlighting the consequences of the conceptual connection between conscience, freedom of conscience and conscientious objection. In order to do that, firstly, it will be necessary to reconstruct the meaning of those three concepts. That reconstruction will offer a concept of conscientious objections not mainly based on the principle of no harm to third parties, but on available choices in the case.
