Radiative pion photoproduction on the nucleon in covariant chiral perturbation theory

In dieser Arbeit wird der Niederenergiebereich der starken Wechselwirkung untersucht. Dies geschieht anhand strahlungsbegleiteter Pion-Photoproduktion am Nukleon (\(\gamma\)N \(\rightarrow\) \(\gamma\)N\(\pi\)) in kovarianter chiraler Störunstheorie, wobei die vollständige q\(^{3}\)-Amplitude berücksichtigt wird. Die Untersuchung erfolgt in der Nähe des Pols der Delta(1232)-Resonanz, weswegen dieselbe ausdrücklich als Freiheitsgrad in die Berechnung einfließt. Dabei finden das "Small Scale Expansion"-Zähl- und das "Extended on Mass Shell"-Renormierungsschema Anwendung. Durch anpassen der Observablen an Messwerte wird das magnetische Dipolmoment des \(\Delta^{+}\)-Teilchens bestimmt, dessen bisher bekannter Wert mit einer großen Unsicherheit behaftet ist.In this thesis, we study the strong interaction in the low-energy sector. In particular, radiative pion photoproduction on the nucleon (\(\gamma\)N \(\rightarrow\) \(\gamma\)N\(\pi\)) is considered in covariant Chiral Perturbation Theory including the full q\(^{3}\) amplitude. As our analysis is performed close to the pole of the delta(1232) resonance, it is taken into account as an explicit degree of freedom. In doing so, we use the "small scale expansion" power counting scheme and renormalise our amplitude according to the "extended on mass shell" scheme. By fitting the results to data, the magnetic dipole moment of the \(\Delta^{+}\), which is known with an unsatisfactory accuracy, is determined
