The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between trust, empowering leadership, formalization and motivation with attitude towards knowledge sharing among employees in HRM Dlvison, Upstream Business, Petroliam Nasional Berhad. Therefore this study could make important contribution to extant research in management and organizational behaviour.
