The knowledge of an employee is an important resource for the organisation and it is very vital for companies that employees share their knowledge. Knowledge sharing cannot happen easily, as it is an individual choice and can’t be forced. Previous studies have shown that organisational trust is a backbone of knowledge sharing behaviour.
