To form comprehensive professionals, competent and able to solve problems that society presents at given moments, these are the demands that are made today to higher education, the Executive Secretary professional plays an important role within organizations and businesses and their training has to go along with the development of technology and science, because if you do not, they will just be behind times, the companies need am assertive, creative and enterprising professional in this path, the curriculum it occupies a strategic place in order to develop skills in line with the times. It is for this reason that this paper approaches the results of curriculum evaluation form this professional and provides a curriculum improvement through the structuring of the integrative core discipline, based on the dimensions of formation instructional, educational and developer, indissolubly bound together throughout the whole race  Formar profesionales integrales, competentes y que solucionen los problemas que la sociedad le presenta en determinado momento, son las exigencias que se le hacen en la actualidad a la educación superior, el profesional en secretariado ejecutivo desempeña un rol importante dentro de las organizaciones y empresas y su formación tiene que ir a la par del desarrollo de la tecnología y de las ciencias, puesto que si no lo hace simplemente se quedará rezagada en el tiempo, las empresas necesitan de un profesional asertivo, creativo y emprendedor, en este transitar, el currículo ocupa un lugar estratégico en aras de desarrollar las competencias acordes con el tiempo. Es por ello, que este trabajo hace un acercamiento de los resultados de la evaluación curricular que forma este profesional y aporta con una mejora curricular a través de la estructuración de la disciplina principal integradora, sustentada en las dimensiones de la formación: instructiva, educativa y desarrolladora, indisolublemente unidas entre sí, a lo largo de toda la carrer
