Resumen: La prorogation del Parlamento del Reino Unido: ¿es una cuestión política o una medida susceptible de control judicial? El presente trabajo analiza la soberanía del Parlamento como pilar fundamental de la Constitución no codificada del Reino Unido y la limitación de la prerrogativa regia en virtud de los principios constitucionales en una sentencia de la Suprema Corte de ese país.Abstract: The prorogation of Parliament is just a political matter or an issue liable to judicial review?
