Die Untersuchung geschieht aus historischer Sicht und es wird der Zweck der Vorrechte, sowie die Folgen, die sich daraus ergeben, untersucht. Außerdem beschäftigt sich der Artikel mit der Gerichtsbarkeit gegenüber den Parlamentariern.The following article deals with the constitutional doctrine on parliamentary prerogatives in Spain.
