KOMUNIKASI KELUARGA ORANGTUA DAN ANAK DALAM MENGONTROL PERILAKU ANAK ( Studi pada keluarga Tenaga Kerja Indonesia di Desa Kedungbanteng Kecamatan Sukorejo Kabupaten Ponorogo )

Family communication is one of the necessary things in the society. The common fanily is consist of father, mother, and children. A phenomenon in family communication is a long distance communication, it cause from one of the parents as Indonesia workers. The researcher want to know the process of long distance relation between parents and children in certain time, because parents as the children controller. The aim of the research is to expain family communication between parents and children in controlling Indonesian worker’s in Kedungbanteng Village, Sukorejo, Ponorogo Regency. The researcher used Paolo Alto ( Morrison…) there are two necessary relation, those are Symmetrical and Complementary relation. Meanwhile the steps of fanily communication included family communication intensity, long distance relation between parents and children, and the behavior of parents and children. The researcher used qualitative descriptive approach, and for choosing sample used purposive sampling 4 family in the Kedungbanteng Village, Sukorejo, Ponorogo Regency as the subject of the sample. The researcher analysis result, used reduction data, and drawing conclusion. The result of the research was concern with Symmetrical connection, which has a good feedback from the parents, although one of the family members was domination and others obey it. When the parents educated their children, they ware stimulate the behavior, attitude and characters that would be responded by the children, and also when the parents gave advice, they would give based on what they got from their parents
