The objective of this study was to identify the factors influencing employees’ motivation and organization performance in TANESCO, Assess the role of employees’ motivation on organization performance and analyze the ways to improve employees’ motivation in TANESCO. The study employed descriptive research design and simple random sampling. A sample size 200 respondents was used in this study. The method of data collection is questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentary. However qualitative method of data analysis was used.
