1963-1964 A Cappella Choir 2

Under the direction of Bayne Dobbins the A Cappella Choir was a large ensemble choir at Jacksonville State College (now Jacksonville State University). Members of the 1963-1964 A Cappella Choir are shown on risers in concert attire inside the Mason Hall performance center. Soprano I were Kay Akin, Janice Bell, Bety Jeanne Dobbins, Rose Golden, Martha Yancey. Soprano II were Susie Francis, Bobbie Jean Riggins, Brenda Scott, Kay Walker, Anne Ziglar. Alto I were Peggy Entrekin, Eleanor Heckert, Sharon Lindsey, Dorothy Sanders, Lillian Starcher. Alto II were Jane Brooks, Carla Choate, Sherrye Lang, Sandra Phillips, Sandra Stevens, Jan Taylor. Tenor I were Larry Beck, Jimmy Couch, Don Medders, John Thomas. Tenor II were James Eldridge, Jeffa Hill, Johnny Kilgore, Jimmy Kirkpatrick, Jim Weaver. Bass I were Jim Cherry, Phil Hart, Lavon Lang, Terry Mathews, Jimmy Roberts.
