She was owned by Dominion Tankers, Ltd. Toronto, Ontario until 1941. In 1941, she was under the ownership of Canadian Tankers, Ltd. of Toronto. From 1965 to 1971, she was under the ownership of Shell Oil of Canada, Ltd., Toronto. In 1971 and until 1973, the Big D Lines of Windsor, Ontario owned her.
