Dhaniel Syam, MM,Ak) Performance measurement is critical to an organization both profit and non profit to be able to competitively with other organization. Hospital is a non profit organization that gives more priority to public health services. Hence the need for performance measurement method wich incorporates financial and non-financial aspects of the Balanced Scorecard method. This method includes four perspectives : Financial perspective, customer perspective, Internal Business perspective, Learning and Growth perspective. Result analysis of the Balanced Scorecard to know the performance of the financial aspects of the Hospital in terms of increasing revenue. This is supported by the analysis of non-financial performance is good may affect financial performance. Thus the four aspects of this perspective has a casual relationship that can improve the performance of the Hospital
