Kurikulum suvremene škole

The aim of this paper is to determine the dimensions of school curriculum as basic document planning activities, procedures and evaluation of effects of overall school life on pupils and teachers. Much more has been said about the curriculum of teaching, while the school curriculum seemed to cover the field of yearly planning and defining of curriculum, though only partially. The frameworks defined by law can sometimes be in conflict with the school development and autonomy. Although it is not inevitable, it frequently happens as the consequence of imposed influence of laws and decrees even in those areas where it is not necessary. The abovementioned influence of legislation on educational institutions limits the school’s inner potentials, and at the same time causes difficulties in expression of responsibility for quality and development. The explanation of reasons for higher quality of school curriculum is put in relation with its efficiency defined as fulfilment of pupils’, parents’ and teachers’ needs. Therefore, in this paper school curriculum is brought into relation with school functions, the tendencies of its optimal development, autonomy and desirable organizational models based on developmental curriculum.Die vorliegende Arbeit will Dimensionen des Schulcurriculums bestimmen, das als grundlegendes Dokument die Arbeit, Lehrmethoden und Evaluation von Auswirkungen des gesamten Schullebens auf die Schüler und Lehrer regelt. Bisher wurde sehr viel über das Unterrichtscurriculum gesprochen, während das Schulcurriculum allem Anschein nach — trotz möglicher Einwände — nur den Bereich der Jahresplanung und der Curriculumsentwicklung deckte. Trotz gegenteiliger Intentionen steht der gesetzliche Rahmen manchmal im Konflikt mit der Entwicklung und Autonomie der Schule. Schuld daran ist der dirigierende Einfluss von Gesetzen und Verordnungen auch an jenen Stellen und Bereichen, wo das unnötig ist. Die inneren Schulpotenziale werden durch das oben genannte Verhältnis der Gesetze und Verordnungen zu Ausbildungseinrichtungen gehemmt, und zugleich wird auch die Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Qualität und Entwicklung erschwert. Die Forderung nach einem besseren Schulcurriculum hängt mit dem Wunsch nach dessen Wirksamkeit bei der Befriedigung von Bedürfnissen der Schüler, Eltern und Lehrer zusammen. Deswegen wird in dieser Arbeit das Schulcurriculum mit den Schulfunktionen, Tendenzen ihrer optimalen Entwicklung und erwünschten Organisationsmodellen in Verbindung gebracht, die sich aus dem Entwicklungscurriculum ergeben.Svrha je ovog rada odrediti dimenzije kurikuluma škole kao temeljnog dokumenta kojim se predviđa rad, način djelovanja i evaluiranje učinaka sveukupnog školskog života na učenike i učitelje/nastavnike. O kurikulumu nastave bilo je do sada mnogo više riječi, a kurikulum škole kao da je pokrivao područje godišnjeg planiranja i kurikulumiranja rada, iako to može biti samo djelomično. Zakonski okviri nalaze se ponekad u konfliktu s razvojem i autonomijom škole, iako to nije neizbježno, ali se pojavljuje često kao posljedica dirigiranog utjecaja zakona i uredaba i na onim mjestima i područjima na kojima to nije potrebno. Unutarnji potencijali škole sputavaju se u spomenutom odnosu zakona i uredbi spram obrazovnih institucija, a istodobno se otežava izražavanje odgovornosti za kvalitetu i razvoj. Pojašnjenje razloga za kvalitetniji kurikulum škole dovodi se u vezu s njezinom učinkovitošću kao zadovoljenjem potreba učenika, roditelja i učitelja/nastavnika. Zbog toga se u ovom radu kurikulum škole povezuje s funkcijama škole, tendencijama njezinog optimalnog razvoja, autonomijom škole i poželjnim organizacijskim modelima na osnovi razvojnog kurikuluma
