This bachelor's thesis examines the operations of supply management in a selected producing company. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes stock, their classification, and the costs related to them. Furthermore, it presents models and systems of supply management, along with various methods of management. Practical part focuses on warehouse supplies of the chosen producing company. The supplies are divided into three categories, based on the ABC analysis. Optimal values according to the EOQ model are consequently calculated for the supplies from the A-category. Afterwards, a comparison with the real situation in the company is prepared on the basis of calculated optimal quantities. The practical part of the thesis is followed by a discussion and a conclusion, consisting of a summary of the findings from the both parts of the thesis and recommendations for the selected company
