Stock management plays an important role in the corporation. If there is a large number of stocks in the warehouse, then there is a substantial part of funds. On the other hand, if there is only a few stocks in the warehouse, it can cause a shutdown in the corporation. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is the optimization of the most important storage items in the manufacturing corporation ABC, spol. s r. o. Through the ABC analysis are resources separated to groups depending on their importance. The most important storage items from group A are based on the model EOQ. This model determines an optimal quantity order. Subsequently, an assessment of the existing inventory management is carry out. At the end of this thesis, there are recommendations for the management of the inventory items which will lead to the minimal overall costs associated with supplies. There are also limitations, which could have affected this thesis
