This thesis focuses on plywood flat-pack furniture made with CNC technology. In the first part of the thesis there is an evolution of the flat-pack furniture, its contemporary tendencies and a list of a current market supply. However, the main theme is a design process of furniture object for a new furniture brand called REXTA. Since the objects construction is based on modular system, user is able to utilize his living space in more effective ways. The thesis contain also a product development process after creation of a prototype, construction strength test and introduction of the results through expositions and online media
