This diploma thesis deals with the impact of the Common Agricultural Policy on the state and the possible development of the rural area in the municipality with extended competence Břeclav. In this issue, attention is paid to the analysis of a particular territory in order to obtain comprehensive information on the development and current state of agriculture. The analytical tools help organize and identify development trends in the sector, and then economically evaluate the impacts of the Common Agricultural Policy on a particular territory. Throughout the work, an increased emphasis is placed on ardor, which is a specific part of the sector in which respondents are more sensitive to changes due to long-term focus
