The aim of the thesis was to analyze the development of Czech agriculture in comparison with interregional development, with emphasis on development in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The work deals with the development of both the structure and volume of production, and also with the development of subsidy policy in our country, including the adoption of the Common Agricultural Policy and its impact on the agrarian sector. To evaluate the development of the data there was used a recording the evolution of harvested crop commodities and livestock-rearing conditions.
