NUEVAS TENDENCIAS PARA UNA LOGÍSTICA SOSTENIBLE CON EL MEDIO AMBIENTE

In order to deal with the effects of the current world problem, in reference to the care of the environment, policies and initiatives have been established to revert these consequences, through the reduction of pollution and protection of natural resources in order to achieve economic and ecological efficiency. Therefore, it was considered relevant to analyze the standards that are being implemented by official entities and private companies, worldwide, for the care of the environment, and corporate practices integrated into the logistical process to mitigate the negative impacts of industries to the ecosystem and thus promote a sustainable economy. For this purpose, a documentary review was used, based on a qualitative, descriptive methodology, which allowed outlining the main characteristics of the most common practices applied in the field of logistics processes.Para tratar los efectos de la actual problemática mundial, en referencia al cuidado del medio ambiente, se han establecido políticas e iniciativas para revertir estas consecuencias, a través de la reducción de la contaminación y protección de los recursos naturales para lograr una eficiencia económica y ecológica. Por lo citado, se estimó relevante analizar los estándares que están implementando las entidades oficiales y empresas privadas, a nivel mundial, para el cuidado del medio ambiente, y las prácticas corporativas integradas en el proceso logístico para mitigar los impactos negativos de las industrias al ecosistema y así propender por una economía sostenible. Para ello se empleó una revisión documental, con base en una metodología de tipo cualitativo, descriptivo, que permitió esbozar las principales características de las prácticas más comunes aplicadas en el ámbito de los procesos logísticos
