This present research article, analyze whit a qualitative methodology the political dynamics of the Kingdom of Naples between the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries, what is conditioned by the progressive rise of the Collateral Council, which, through the practice of “avocazioni”, abolishes the power of the other courts by crushing the bureaucratic mediation project, elaborated at the beginning of the sixteenth century, based on the possibility of creating an autonomous administrative group in the Kingdom.
