AbstractIn this study the type of research used is using explanatory research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in the location of the Malang City Government office in the public section located on Jalan Raya Tugu No.1 Kiduldalem kec, Kota Klojen Malang, East Java 65119, Indonesia. The technique used in this research is data collection. What is done by distributing questionnaires to be distributed to all employees who work in Malang City Government Office in the public section.
