The damaging effect of consuming fermented Oryza sativa var. glutinosa on Pancreatic Organ. Tuak is one of the alcoholic drinks made using recipes from the ancestors of the Dayak tribe in the West Kalimantan region. Tuak is commonly consumed especially at traditional ceremonies and holidays. Some studies report that consuming alcoholic drinks negatively impacts health.
