Background: Streptozotocin as diabetogenic can damage the pancreatic β cells of animals tried through the oxidative stress process to increase blood sugar levels. Giving ethanolic extract of squash fruit has hypoglycemia effect because it contains flavonoids that act as antioxidants and antihiperglichemia.
