The Master´s Thesis is focused on employee motivation and job satisfaction of front office workers of the selected accommodation facility. The aim is to find out the current state of their motivation, overall satisfaction and satisfaction with individual factors. At the same time, it should identify those factors to which employees feel the greatest importance and what are the most common causes of leaving the company. Another goal is to reveal weaknesses and pay attention to these areas.
