The topic of the diploma thesis is the marketing communication of Vodafone company, which has gone thru significant changes in the last 2 years. The work focuses on the situational and SWOT analysis of Vodafone, which complement the results of quantitative research. The work also analyzes the current marketing communication in selected areas and suggests strategic steps in marketing communication.
