The bachelor thesis focuses on the communication strategy of parcel delivery service of the state-owned company Česká pošta. The main objective is to describe and assess current marketing communication tools as well as to suggest possible future improvements. The thesis is composed of four parts. The first part introduces the company Česká pošta. The second one clarifies the theory of communication mix. The third part analyses current communication strategy in the market. The final part assesses the communication strategy and implies possible future improvements
