The aim of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of Huawei company on the Chinese market and identify the current strategy and prepare recommendations on strategy of improvement for better practices. This bachelor thesis contains theoretical and practical part. There are different kinds of methods and tools used in this bachelor thesis which are asserted and described in theoretical part. Practical part applies to methods stated in theoretical part, such as stakeholder analysis, PEST analysis of macroenvironment; Porter’s five forces analysis for microenvironment.
