PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) BERBANTUAN MEDIA GAMBAR PADA SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of IPS learning outcomes through the implementation of Teams Game Tournament (TGT) modeled learning media in the fourth grade students of SDN Salatiga 12 semester II academic year 2016/2017. The design of this study is a classroom action research (PTK). Data collection techniques by means of observation and evaluation. Instrument of data collection with observation sheet, written test and multiple choice. Quantitative data analysis techniques. The result of the research showed that there was an increase of IPS study result of fourth grade students of SDN Salatiga 12 after being given the action. Before action as many as 20 students (57%) are complete. After the action is given in cycle I, there is a total increase to 27 students (77%). In cycle II there was an increase of the total number to 32 (91%). Abstrak: pembelajaran Teams Games Tournament (TGT) berbantuan media gambar pada siswa kelas IV SDN Salatiga 12 semester II tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan evaluasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan lembar observasi, tes tertulis dan pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SDN Salatiga 12 setelah diberikan tindakan. Sebelum tindakan sebanyak 20 siswa (57%) yang tuntas. Setelah diberikan tindakan pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan jumlah yang tuntas menjadi 27 siswa (77%). Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan jumlah yang tuntas menjadi 32 (91%).
