Modelling of negotiating communication regarding abduction

The subject of this work is the model of police negotiation during abductions. The model is formulated by analyzing nine key issues of police negotiation during abductions, such as: making the initial contact of the negotiator and the abductor, conducting the negotiation, active listening skills, negotiating depending on the number of abductors, negotiating tactics, the mediator in negotiation, particular difficulties during the negotiation, mistakes during negotiation and progress indicators during the negotiation.
