ANALISIS KESTABILAN LOKAL PENYEBARAN PENYAKIT CAMPAK DENGAN PENGARUH VAKSINASI DAN FAKTOR IMIGRASI

Measles is an infectious disease caused by the paramyxovirus virus. Measles can be prevented from spreading by vaccination. The spread of measles can be modeled by mathematical modeling. The model of measles disease spread in this thesis is the SVEIR model which consists of 5 compartments namely Susceptible, Vaccinated, Exposed, Infected, and Recovered with the in uence of vaccination and immigration factors. The SVEIR mathematical model is analyzed by �nding the equilibrium point of the disease, the basic reproduction number (R0), and the stability of the equilibrium point. The results of the SVEIR model analysis obtained 2 equilibrium points, namely the nonendemic equilibrium point and the endemic equilibrium point. The asymptotic stable nonendemic equilibrium point if R0 1, this shows that over time measles will remain in the population. ************ Campak merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh virus paramyxovirus. Penyakit campak dapat dicegah penyebarannya dengan vaksinasi. Penyebaran penyakit campak dapat dimodelkan dengan pemodelan matematika. Model penyebaran penyakit campak dalam tugas akhir ini adalah model SVEIR yang terdiri dari 5 kompartemen yaitu Susceptible, Vaccinated, Exposed, Infected, dan Recovered dengan pengaruh vaksinasi dan faktor imigrasi. Model matematika SVEIR dianalisis dengan mencari titik ekuilibrium penyakit, bilangan reproduksi dasar (R0), dan kestabilan dari titik ekuilibrium. Hasil analisis model SVEIR diperoleh 2 titik ekuilibrium yaitu titik ekuilibrium nonendemik dan titik ekuilibrium endemik. Titik ekuilibrium nonendemik stabil asimtotik jika R0 1, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam waktu tertentu penyakit campak akan tetap ada dalam populasi
