ABSTRACT This study discusses the mathematical model SEIR for control of measles by influence vaccination in Bulukumba. The data used is the number of people with measles in Bulukumba in 2011 from the Department of Health Bulukumba. The discussion starts with constructing mathematical models to influence SEIR measles vaccinations , the determination of the equilibrium point , then look for stability analysis of the equilibrium point , making simulation models, interpret them, and know the design to optimize the vaccination coverage needed so as to reduce the spread of this disease.
