CONCLUSIONES 1. Tanto los cerdos Ibéricos como los de genotipo convencional respondieron en términos generales de manera similar al aporte deficiente de lisina en la dieta. Se produjo un descenso en el ritmo de crecimiento corporal y muscular, junto con un aumento en el peso relativo de los depósitos grasos y un descenso en el de los componentes magros. 2. El contenido y la composición de la grasa intramuscular pueden ser manipulados modificando la concentración de lisina en la dieta de cerdos de tipo convencional y graso, como el Ibérico.
