The teacher is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in the formal education pathway at the elementary and secondary education level. a teacher must have the competence expected to carry out his role, task and function as a professional, personal, and social teacher. This competency is prepared through academic education and professional education. The purpose of this activity is to prepare: (1) the initial ability of prospective educators by directly teaching in certain fields in a limited time by becoming a "Teacher Assistant". (2) experiencing firsthand the learning process, strengthening the identity of educators, and not the learning skills as contained in PPL. As for the benefits of this program prospective educators (1) Get an understanding, appreciation, and experience in the field of management and school culture. (2) provide opportunities for educational candidates to be able to act as motivators, facilitators, dynamists, and help thinking as problem solvers. This activity is carried out for teaching practice, as a source of data for school principals and fourth grade teacher at SD Muhammadiyah 08 Dau Malang. Data collection is done by preparing lesson plans, and documentation. The results of the internship program's activities focused on the practical process of learning in class, Class IV C became the object of my learning on this occasion with the Thematic 2013 curriculum as a reference. The inhibiting factors teach: (1) students who do not pay attention when the material is explained. (2) students who are slow in learning so that they need exclusive assistance so that they are able to follow the learning process. (3) students who cannot be united with their friends because they are too emotional. He always wins by himself so that no friends like him.
