The Research about Effectiveness of Soaking Soursop Leaf Extract Solution (Anonna muricata L.) for Survival rate Carp Seeds (Cyprinus carpio L.) on Bacterial Aeromonas hydrophila is limited, soursop plants usually used by fruits, but Soursop leaf is a part that has a lot of chemical compounds that are very highly active. All parts of soursop leaf can be used as herbal remedies and can treat various disease. Many active chemical compounds, there are considered to have potential as an antibacterial which bacteriostatic. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect in the variations of concentration for soursop leaf extract on carp seeds infected with Aeromonas hydrophila bacteria. The type of this research used true experimental research. This experimental study was carried out in several places, preparation, implementation made in soursop leaf extract with variations (0 ppm, 1250 ppm, 1500 ppm, 1750 ppm, and 2000 ppm), the observation included observed clinical symptoms and survival of the fish for 14 days and water quality parameter testing. This study consisted of 25 samples with 5 repetitions. The data analysis technique is used the Kruskall Wallis test and the Mean Rank to find out the best results. The results showed there was an effect of soursop leaf extract different yeast concentrations (concentration 0 ppm 24%), (concentration 1250 ppm 36%), (concentration 1500 ppm 56%), (concentration 1750 ppm 56%) and (concentration of 2000 ppm 68) %). The results of the research have a concentration variation of the soursop leaf extract for the most effective against the survival rate of carp seeds with 2000 ppm of concentrations
