ESTRATÉGIA UTILIZADAS NA FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR NAS INSTITUIÇÕES DO ENSINO SUPERIOR (MOÇAMBIQUE).

This article alerts to the traditional methodology of the teaching-learning process, which still persists in teaching practice in many higher education institutions and consequently their students multiply them in General and / or Professional Education Schools and Institutes. In this perspective, research that evaluates the proposals of several contemporary authors, who use a critical methodology in their management, should be encouraged to present students of teacher training courses with the possibilities of different techniques, instruments and procedures for the teaching- learning, who use a critical methodology in their classes, and present to students of teacher training courses, possibilities of using different techniques, instruments and procedures for the teaching-learning process.General objective, to analyze with clarity and objectivity, the main Problems that the trainers / teachers confront in the Teaching of their subjects. The research has as object of study to understand specifically the diverse problems of the Professional Education and, that the teacher faces in the teaching-learning. The methodology is used in research-action, whose target population is students of the 4th year of two classes of the Agriculture course at Escola Superior Técnica - Universidade Pedagógica (Maputo, Gaza, Quelimane), in a total of 192 students, whose sample covered 21. The techniques of data collection are, the questionnaire, interviews and direct observation. The results show that there is no preference for certain teaching techniques over another, as all must be combined to stimulate students' initiative in carrying out curricular activities. Logically, it is not to dispense with the teacher's initiative, as it promotes and favors the dialogue between those involved in the learning process, thus contributing to the construction of knowledge.In conclusion, we can say that teaching techniques are important in the relationship between the teacher / teacher and the student / student, as they are at the service of the teaching process itself and are necessary and indispensable conditions for the learning process to occur through middle of research. Keywords: Education, teaching-learning, Teacher training, Teaching techniquesEste artigo faz um alerta à metodologia tradicional do processo de ensino-aprendizagem, que ainda persiste na prática docente em muitas instituições de ensino superior e consequentemente os seus estudantes multiplicam-nas no Ensino Geral e ou profissional (Escolas/Institutos). Nesta perspectiva, deve se incentivar pesquisas que avaliem as propostas de vários autores contemporâneos que utilizam uma metodologia crítica em suas aulas, e apresentam aos estudantes dos cursos de formação de professores, possibilidades do uso de diferentes técnicas, instrumentos e procedimentos para o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. objectivo geral, analisar com clareza e objectividade, os principais Problemas com que os formadores/professores se confrontam no Ensino de suas disciplinas. A pesquisa tem como objecto de estudo compreender especificamente os diversos problemas da Educação Profissional e, que o professor enfrenta no ensino-aprendizagem. A metodologia é utilizada pesquisa-acção, cuja população-alvo são estudantes do 4º ano de duas turmas do curso de Agropecuária da Escola Superior Técnica - Universidade Pedagógica (Maputo, Gaza e Quelimane), num total de 192 estudantes, docentes, farmeiros e unidades de produção, cuja amostragem abrange 21. As técnicas de recolha de dados são, o questionário, as entrevistas e a observação directa. Os resultados mostram que não existir preferência por determinadas técnicas de ensino em detrimento de outra, pois todas devem ser combinadas para estimular a iniciativa dos estudantes na realização das actividades curriculares. Logicamente não é para dispensar a iniciativa do professor, pois promove e favorece o diálogo entre os evolvidos no processo de aprendizagem, contribuindo dessa forma para a construção do conhecimento. Em jeito de conclusão, podemos afirmar que as técnicas de ensino são importante na relação entre o docente/professor e o estudante/aluno, pois estão ao serviço do próprio processo de ensino e são condições necessárias e indispensáveis para que o processo de aprendizagem ocorra por meio da pesquisa.   Palavras-chave: Educação, ensino-aprendizagem, Formação de professores, Técnicas de ensin
