Examining the Concept,History and Models of Chinese Public Communication

公共传播是现代性社会语境之产物,华夏公共传播则参照现代公共传播概念之内涵,基于华夏文化共同体这一根基,对古代中国公共生活进行历史考察。华夏公共传播活动镶嵌在古代社会的制度设计、文化现象和政治经济互动之中,在社会结构内部的相互作用之间呈现历史阶段变迁。考察华夏公共传播现象,可以归纳古典公共传播存在的三大特征——"辩言之外"的公共情怀,"礼法一体"的传者结盟与"至公无私"的诉求困境。Public communication originates from modern social context. However,Chinese public communication is both based on the modern concept of public communication and community of Chinese traditional culture,which aims at exploring public life in historical China. To describe the activities of Chinese public communication,researchers should consider the system design,cultural phenomena and the interaction between politics and economy in ancient China,and how they changed through different historical periods.
