The Australasian Journal on Ageing (AJA) has been going from strength to strength over the last few years, with ISI listing in 2008, a first Impact Factor in 2009, and then a very pleasing improvement in Impact Factor in 2010. AJA has also been climbing up the ISI journal rankings. This progress has been very rewarding for the editorial and management teams who have been working towards improving the quality of accepted submissions to the journal
