The purpose of this study was to explore employees’ experiences of job-satisfaction and well-being to gain knowledge concerning the factors that influence job satisfaction and well-being. This is a study that used qualitative research interviews to explore job satisfaction and well-being for six employees in an insurance company in Norway. The participants reported a high degree of job satisfaction. The findings suggest that having good colleagues, being able to cope with work-related tasks, achieving good sales results and that work conditions are organized so that employees can work at their best, have a positive influence on the participant’s job satisfaction and well-being.
